Dr Rucha Majmundar Mehta is Medical Nutritionist; a well presented, self-motivated and confident Clinical Nutritionist with experience of assessing a patients’ nutritional needs, then developing and implementing nutrition programs for them. Currently, she is working at Apollo CBCC, India and with Oncology Team as Medical Nutritionist and Consultant at various Multi Specialty Hospital. Jaime L. Pula, PhD, RDN attended Montclair State University to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and holds a M.S. in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. She received her Ph.D. in Health Sciences from the School of Health and Medical Sciences at Seton Hall University.
In 2016, Dr. Pula held a clinical leadership position as Director of Clinical Operations within the Mid-Atlantic Region (NJ, PA, DE, MD) whereby she exercised the authority, responsibility, and accountability to provide clinical nutrition services that are in full compliance with all regulatory statues including federal (Center for Medicare and Medicaid’s Phase 2), state and local bodies as well as company policies and procedures as well as financial performance targets.
Currently, she is navigating and tackling the ever-changing reimbursement market to offer solutions for revenue models including telehealth, with an emphasis on value-based care contracting.
Dr. Pula’s subject matter expertise include dining and clinical operations as well as research-related activities (such as consultations for IRB processes and statistical analyses).
Dr. Lillian Craggs-Dino is a nationally and internationally known Registered and Licensed Dietitian with more than 17 years professional experience in bariatric nutrition. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. She is the bariatric dietitian and support group coordinator for Cleveland Clinic Florida where she has had much success assisting patients with their nutritional and weight loss goals. She is also an adjunct assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine Nutrition Program and the Allopathic Medical School, and an associate faculty member of the University Of Phoenix College Of Health Professions. She is the Scientific Advisor for Bariatric Fusion where her bariatric nutrition expertise ensures a trusted product. She currently serves as Vice President of the Integrated Health for the Florida State American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) Chapter and she is also an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). In addition to serving on the Ad Hoc Subcommittee for the Integrated Health Clinical Issues and Guidelines (IHCIG) Committee of ASMBS, she is a member of the Integrated Health Support Group Committee with ASMBS. She also serves as a committee member of the Evidence Analysis Library (EAL) for Bariatric Surgery with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of IFSO (the International Federation for the Surgery Obesity and Metabolic Disorders) and is tasked with writing the International Bariatric Nutrition Guidelines. She is a national and international speaker and has authored and co-authored articles on the nutrition management for bariatric patients and obesity management. She is an author of the recently published ASMBS Integrated Health Nutritional Guidelines for The Surgical Weight Loss Patient- 2016 Update: Micronutrients and she is currently working on the Nutritional Guidelines for the Surgical Patient-Macronutrients. She has received numerous awards including “outstanding Professional Leadership,” “Outstanding Scholarship Achievement,” and “Collegiate Leadership Award.” Dr. Lillian truly enjoys what she does and totally immerses herself in the field of obesity prevention and treatment.
Tim Aumueller has over 18 years of experience delivering programs, guidance and support to individuals and patients who are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a Managing Partner of MedPro Wellness he works directly with health clubs and healthcare systems to develop and enhance medically relevant initiatives to positively impact the health and well-being of the local community.
Tim brings a unique blend of expertise in two industries that are desperately trying to synchronize: healthcare and fitness. The first half of his career was spent in the commercial fitness space, where he led business development efforts to broaden the reach and scope of his facilities. During the last 10 years he has worked directly with the top healthcare systems in NJ—RWJ Barnabas Health, Hackensack Meridian UMC and Atlantic Health System—to refine what is now MedPro’s seamless patient referral process, including a proprietary intake and assessment funnel that creates achievable, goal-oriented recommendations.
Tim earned a B.A. from Messiah College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University. He also completed a certification program for Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition and Metabolic Syndrome at Harvard Medical School.
Brittany is a Certified Health Coach through the University of Delaware’s Graduate Certificate program. She achieved her Master of Science in Health Promotion and Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While sports medicine was her first passion, she became drawn to preventative approaches with her patients. She threw herself into learning ways to help motivate people to manage and prevent chronic diseases. Through a diverse experience as a health promotion specialist, including laughter therapy programs, mental health initiatives, and diabetes lifestyle coaching, she can walk beside and help guide people on their wellness journey.

The best days have that text or phone call from a member saying that they were taken off a blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes medication.”
Meredith Riddick is a Licensed Professional Counsellor and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Supervisor who primarily treats eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, stress and relationship issues with individuals. With over a decade of experience as a therapist, Meredith has accrued an impressive resume of specialties, presentations and a variety of highly individualized services to her clientele. Meredith is certified in EMDR and is intensively trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Meredith provides supervision for therapists seeking certification as eating disorder specialists. Meredith volunteers her time on the International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals Certification Committee and Supervision Subcommittee. Meredith completed her undergraduate work at Baylor University and went on to receive her master’s degree through Texas Tech University.
Jill has been extensively trained in wellness coaching and has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian since 1996. She is the only dietitian in Houston who is board certified as an Eating Disorders Specialist Dietitian Supervisor (CEDRD-S), and currently supervises other CEDRD candidates. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional science from Texas A&M University. She also obtained a Master of Science degree in nutrition and food management from The University of Central Oklahoma.
Jill has gained experience in most areas of Medical Nutrition Therapy and has worked at various hospitals as a clinical dietitian. Her primary focus the last decade has been disordered eating, eating disorders, and weight concerns. For 5 years, she worked at The Methodist Hospital’s Weight Management Center facilitating groups and providing individual nutrition therapy. She has also worked with Houston Eating Disorders Center (now ERC – Houston) providing medical nutrition therapy for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clients. Currently, Jill works with primarily clients struggling with eating disorders providing nutrition therapy in her private practice. She runs a binge eating support group as well as several virtual groups such as body image, binge eating and 8 Keys to Recovery group and provides dual sessions (nutrition and therapy) with Meredith Riddick, LPC, CEDS-S through A Collaborative Approach.
